You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, its servers, or related systems.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or impose an unreasonable load on the Site or its infrastructure.
• Use automated scrapers, crawlers, or bots in a way that violates our robots.txt or causes degradation.
• Submit content via the contact form that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or that infringes anyone's rights.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or entity.

The Site, including its design, code, copy, logos, and imagery, is owned by CodeDecoders and protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The case-study mockups shown on the Site are illustrative representations created by us — actual client product screenshots are withheld under our NDAs.

You may view and share links to the Site for personal or internal business reference. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site's content without our prior written permission.

If you contact us with ideas, feedback, or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, evaluate, and act on that input without obligation. You confirm you have the right to share what you send and that doing so doesn't infringe anyone else's rights or breach a confidentiality obligation.

The Site may link to third-party websites or reference third-party services (for example LinkedIn, GitHub, or partner platforms). We don't control these and aren't responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Following an external link is at your own risk.

Content on the Site — including blog posts and case studies — is for general information only. It is not professional engineering, legal, financial, or regulatory advice for your specific situation. Engage us under a signed agreement if you want recommendations tailored to your project.

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeDecoders disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Site accurate and current but do not warrant the completeness or timeliness of any information shown.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CodeDecoders and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the Site is limited to ₹1,000 (or its equivalent in another currency). This limit does not apply to obligations under a separately signed Statement of Work or Master Services Agreement, which have their own liability terms.

You agree to indemnify and hold CodeDecoders harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your breach of these terms, or your violation of another party's rights.

We may modify or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. We may also update these terms — when we do, we'll update the “Effective” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the Site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. The unenforceable provision will be replaced with one that comes closest to its original intent.
